Your order will be carefully made by our craftsmen within one or two working days. The shipping normally takes 15 - 20 days. Expressed shipping takes 5 - 7 days and will be sent by DHL. For expressed shipping, there will be an extra charge. Please contact us for more details.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the shipping time as it may be affected by many facts such like the shipping company and/or customs which are beyond our control. Please take these into consideration and arrange alternative backup plans if necessary.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import duties which may apply. There may also be shipping delays due to customs clearance.


WARRANTY AND RETURN
If your watch is damaged during shipment, please first of all send us a photo of damage for our investigation. We will do all we can to solve any issue and problem.

However, should you wish to return the product due to damage occurred during shipment, please send us the item in an UNUSED condition AND in its original complete package. We will refund you within 10 days after receiving the returned item. The return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

We provide a warranty for 3 months from the date of purchase. For a valid warranty, the watch must be operated and maintained properly. Any improper use, mechanical damage, alteration, or scratches due to abnormal wear and tear, or any water damage is not covered by the warranty.
